ClubSport is a vehicle co-ownership platform and management tool that enables users to:

• Communicate with co-owners through integrated messaging

Important: ClubSport is a management and coordination platform only. We do not facilitate the purchase, sale, or legal transfer of vehicle ownership. All legal ownership arrangements and transfers must be handled independently through appropriate legal channels.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services, including:

• Vehicle information and documentation
• Expense records and receipts
• Contact information and profile details
• Ownership percentages and arrangements

3.3 Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that all co-ownership arrangements comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle registration and title requirements
• Insurance obligations
• Tax reporting requirements
• Local and state regulations regarding vehicle ownership

4. Co-Ownership Arrangements

4.1 Platform Role

ClubSport serves solely as a management and communication platform for existing co-ownership arrangements. We do not:

• Create, modify, or terminate co-ownership agreements
• Provide legal advice regarding ownership structures
• Guarantee the enforceability of co-ownership arrangements
• Act as a mediator in ownership disputes
• Handle legal title transfers or registrations

4.2 User Agreements

All co-ownership agreements, financial arrangements, and legal obligations between co-owners are independent of ClubSport and must be established through proper legal channels. We strongly recommend consulting with legal and financial professionals before entering into co-ownership arrangements.

4.3 Dispute Resolution

ClubSport is not responsible for resolving disputes between co-owners. Any disagreements regarding vehicle use, expenses, maintenance, or ownership rights must be resolved directly between the parties or through appropriate legal channels.

5. Financial Responsibilities

5.1 Expense Tracking

While ClubSport provides tools to track and share expenses, users are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Ensuring proper expense documentation
• Managing payments between co-owners
• Tax reporting and compliance

5.2 No Financial Services

ClubSport does not provide financial services, handle payments between users, or guarantee payment obligations between co-owners. All financial transactions must be handled independently.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ClubSport for:

• Illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
• Commercial vehicle rental or ride-sharing services
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harassment or harmful conduct toward other users
• Sharing false or misleading vehicle information
• Attempting to circumvent platform security measures

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLUBSPORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Vehicle damage, accidents, or safety issues
• Financial disputes between co-owners
• Legal complications arising from co-ownership arrangements
• Tax implications or reporting obligations
• Insurance coverage disputes or claims
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for ClubSport services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Insurance and Risk Management

Users are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for co-owned vehicles. ClubSport does not provide insurance services or guarantee coverage adequacy. We strongly recommend:

• Consulting with insurance professionals regarding co-ownership scenarios
• Ensuring all co-owners are properly covered under insurance policies
• Understanding liability implications of shared vehicle ownership
• Maintaining comprehensive coverage appropriate for vehicle value and use

9. Privacy and Data

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of ClubSport after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all obligations incurred while using the service. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
